GLT Corporation is led by a group of founding partners who are experienced in the global energy industry, financial markets, and international trade. The company is guided by a panel of advisors, who are experts in the global LNG arena and have held senior positions in major oil and gas companies as well as fast growing energy ventures. Our mission is to be the world's first LNG only trading house and to become Asia's #1 spot LNG supplier in three years.

Our founding partners are goal-oriented, success-driven entrepreneurs and business professionals. Collectively, they have over 75 years of experience in developing energy infrastructure projects, building natural gas liquids plants, and exporting American products to China. The partners have all attended elite universities and received graduate and post-graduate degrees from Stanford, UT Austin, Rice University, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Stephen Tsai, Director of Sourcing

Stephen is a founding partner of the company with over 15 years of work experience in industries spanning oil and gas, technology, and finance. He has transacted international deals for a global company and has consulted on several multi-billion infrastructure projects. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has an MBA from Rice University.

Blake Turner, Director of DAP Operations

Blake is a sixth generation Texan with a passion for identifying opportunities, optimizing business operations, building strong client relationships, and fostering efficient teamwork. Blake has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 5 years and was the former COO of American Energy Products. Blake is a graduate of Rice University and is an accomplished and devout mountain climber.

Jude Shao, Director of Marketing 

Jude is a founding partner of the company with over 30 years of experience in international business development, import/export, and trading in global financial markets. Jude is a graduate of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
